I have made several major purchases from Rosa's over the past several years and will NEVER walk through those doors again. Any time I have had a problem they make it almost impossible to get resolution. Most recently, we purchased a mattress and box spring from Rosa's. Within 6 months, the mattress was sagging to the point that it looked like it was 20 years old. We called customer service who sent someone out to look at it and he said to go to the store and make arrangements for a replacement.
