I had Frank Graves come to my home for quite an extensive survey as i am revamping my enitre landscape around my home. I had liked what the salesman said onsite and was looking forward to seeing their proposal. After he left it was impossible to get a phone call back from them regarding the estimate. I followed up with them more than a few times but no call back. There phone message states that their clients come first. This could not be further from the point.
