I agree with others this is not a person to hire for ANY home improvement...he is ignorant and unprofessional does not read nor write English...and apparently wants cash the minute he shows up ??? I think the whole business is a fraud his license/insur doesn't exist and he is nasty and defensive when u question him proceed at your own risk!! Seek other help and avoid both ISA home imp. AND Sergio....he's listed in the hometown shopper....and shouldn't be! I rate him a 1 and that's being generous
