%u2605%u2605%u2605%u2605%u2605 Dahn Yoga - A Miracle For All Ages John T. I've been attending classes at Tao Yoga almost daily for about 3 months. I find the staff very friendly and supportive. I am 67 years old and need a type of yoga that is gentle but effective in exercising every part of the body without the acrobatics and stretch and strain of many other yogas. The entire floor is cushioned which means I don't need to carry a yoga mat around with me. Uniforms are required but I can leave them at the center so I don't have to carry around yoga pants%
