Last Summer I ran into a problem with my pond. No matter what I did , I couldn’t get rid of the algae build-up. We had purchased our home the year before and the pond had come with it. I am the first to admit I don’t know too much about ponds, so I decided to call an expert—at least what I thought was an expert—Ponds Unlimited. When the owner came out he told me the pond wasn’t deep enough and he could put in a pond that would be virtually maintenance free. Nearly $1800.00 later, I had a new pond. He had removed the existing waterfall, and had put in a new “natural”
