Hello, Unfortunately I am going to be unable to respond to Janed1 with anything but the truth. While you seem content to bombard otherwise honest and professional employees of Tarson Pools with outright lies, hyperbole, and exaggeration. I do recall the situation in question and am shocked at her review. It is indeed true, that as a business, Tarson Pools must turn a profit, however we are first and foremost engaged in providing our customers with efficient and effective service.
