The corp.is not for profit. All board members you elect. They serve at your pleasure at no pay. But you must stay involved to keep them straight. It is quiet living.It is nothing to see deer,or other animals on you road. We are surrounded by horse farms. Your monthly Maintance fee covers all corp. expenses.
