I have been here several times because I did not know of any other shoe repair location in Saratoga. The owner has the personality and customer service skills of a rock. FYI- even though there is no sign posted to the fact, he has a $15 minimum purchase for credit cards which IS illegal. The legal minimum (as set by the Finance Bill passing) is $10 or less and does not apply to Debit Card purchases as per the Consumer Protection Act of 2010.
