I have been here several times because I did not know of any other shoe repair location in Saratoga. The owner has the personality and customer service skills of a rock. FYI- even though there is no sign posted to the fact, he has a $15 minimum purchase for credit cards which IS illegal. The legal minimum (as set by the Finance Bill passing) is $10 or less and does not apply to Debit Card purchases as per the Consumer Protection Act of 2010. He refused to sell me an $8 item with my debit card and told me (a pregnant woman who drove from Saratoga t
