This guy has the worst customer service. He left my car outside, unlocked, with the windows open and keys in the ignition overnight. He kept my car for seven days for a job that the book time is one hour. He also broke my radio and has still not replaced it in almost a month. I was a mechanic a few years back and would never put my customers through this.
