If I could give them 0 stars I would. We ordered tile and was told it would be there in 5 business days... two weeks later, no word so I call and they tell me they expect it "any day now"... another week goes by, I call again "Oh we'll look into that, you should have it by now"... another week goes by with no word and then they tell me it was shipped to the wrong address and then sent back to a warehouse in Wisconson and I'll have it in three or four days... after six days I called again and they still didn't have it nor could they tell me when they woul
