P & B do try to please and they correct any problems. This is important. P & B Air Conditioning installed a unit in my home recently. They worked hard and tried to complete it in one day. It took two days and lots of workers. It wasn%u2019t an easy job. P & B did complete the job with some minor glitches. In my case, P & B had to move and change the outside unit. One of the ducts fell off the system and was cooling a space behind a knee wall. They reconnected that duct vent in the knee wall. One of the installers added some ties to help support the weigh
