The apartment building, 25 Franklin Boulevard in Long Beach, NY is a dump. It is falling apart..literally. Most tenants fear rain, as our walls located near windows are soft and the paint is bubbling. I fear to touch my own wall, as I am afraid it will do more than crumble in my hand. There are roaches, the laundry room is filthy, and at least in my place, the toilet has never once been screwed to the floor despite requests to have this fixed, moldings are falling off and my shower does not supply enough water out of the nozzle.
