the sales staff turned me off to even going and this store has a monopoly on their service in the area so they can be as snooty as they want. last week a female staffer refused to answer my questions about why they dont carry a certain brand and then told me when i bring my elderly family member she should see barry who would force her to try on shoes she might not otherwise consider. when i called back, i got andy who answered my questions intelligently and i told him we would wait for his service when we came if it was possible, and i should have realized his lack of
