Ever Since First Management took over as the new property management company of our coop I have seen a 100% improvement in the overall maintenance of our property from exterior to interior. We were quit frustrated with the other company for many years and felt that our issues fell upon deaf ears. From time to time I see there associates visiting our building, taking photos and doing reports on the overall condition of the property while making such needed improvements throughout the building. The overall appearance and security of our building has greatly improved.
