They give their better customers membership in a partners program that give's substantial discounts on everything they sell. then when they have you hooked as a customer they take away the partners program and you are forced to pay their higher prices. Their normal prices without the partners program are at least 20% higher than another Pet Store in the same area SHOP AROUND AND THAT WILL CONFIRM MY POSTING
