Having ordered flowers many times over the phone and being very successful with businesses found on Google, I was surprised and disappointed to reach Valley Floral and Gifts in Valley Stream, NY. The woman who answered the phone had a very thick Asian accent and was hard to understand. Her comprehension of what I was saying was also questionable. But being out of state and anxious to get this holiday order placed, I went ahead and ordered the two arrangements anyway. Placing the order was difficult as I had to keep repeating what arrangements I wanted to order and
