I ordered my husband's flower lei for his college graduation at this place. I had it ordered to pick it up on Friday night, but with graduation planning, picked it up Saturday morning. When i got it, it was dead, all the leaves were brown, and it looked horrible. I asked them what happened? and they blamed me that I didn't pick it up. I am sorry, but orchids are supposed to last for a while. His solution, pick out the dead petals and water it. What type of customer service is that???? I was so upset, I cried the whole way home, becaus
