If I could give zero stars I would, because they did absolutely nothing for me except wasted my time. I called this place looking for a specific pinata. They did not carry it but told me they could make one and it would be ready in a few days. I emailed several times starting the day they told me it would be ready, and was told it would be ready by the end of that day. They knew when I needed it by and promised me they were working on it.
