Long story short we lost over $6000.00 in diamonds on a custom ring due to shotty workmanship. TWO STONES FELL OUT IN LESS THAN SIX MONTHS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE. Their suggestion was to come in once a month to have the ring checked. Once a month! Who does this?
