I have been a property manager for over 10 years now and have dealt with many vendors. Recently, I stumbled across a real gem in security, North Coast Patrol. The Owner is truly knowledgeable and single handily help several of our communities with parking enforcement issues. He put a lot of his personal time to attend our board meetings and answer questions and e-mail. They also have an awesome online reporting system, that makes it easy to review reports and calls. This company is very personable. Its great to working with them.
