Let the buyer beware Once you send this business your hefty deposit for doll restoration, don't expect the owner to actually keep her promises. Not only will she come up with every known excuse in the "I didn't do my homework handbook" to stall and stall and stall, she will tell you things that just plainly are not true - like shipping dates, etc. and then come up with more excuses why she didn't keep her promises. My 16 week restoration turned into two years and cost double the original estimate. I had to return the doll twice b
