The people that live here are great, but management on the other hand sucks. My husband lost his job and we have been behind on rent a few time ,but we always pay the late fees. Denise sends us a eviction notices every chance she gets and is rude and unprofessional . She goes and tells other residents about us being late and that she wants us out of here. If we could afford it we would move. After 5 months we were suppose to have the title to our trailer and rent was suppose to be dropped to just lot rent. Here we are at month6 no title and she is still charging us the
