It's a shame that the service is so bad (slow) at the cabana. Everything else is right, the food, the ambiance and the drink. It is nothing to wait for a table for an hour, a drink for 20 minutes, 10-20 minutes to take your order and 30 minutes for your order to be served. I have been there four times this year, all with the same results. I empathize with the inexperienced management, they could increase their sales and customer satisfaction significantly if they knew what they were doing.
