Greg Sharp needs a refresher course in customer service. I gave him my taxes on a Thursday & didnt hear anything back from him. So i called him on the following Tuesday & he stated he hadn't started on them, & that he would get to them later that night. So later on that Tuesday he called stating the amount that i would have to own, & stated to just come by and pick them up. Wednesday morning I call Mr. Sharp to have him explain the reason why I owe that much. ( Because I was talking to my co-workers & they stated that I shouldnt have to pay that much) In
