bought suv there, had all service (plus) done there. When my engine blew up while I was on vacation in Florida, they did not "know me" told me warranty was up (did not mention I had an extended warranty) and when I begged to talk to customer service, I was told he was too busy and would call me back. that was october, it is now march and I am still waiting. had used engine put in, voided my exwarranty. Oh, autonation did email me a "sorry" but that did not pay for my $5000 expenditure, oh, I needed my AC checked with the service call
