I used this computer store a couple of times and ended up with very upset experience. When I stepped into the store with software problem, they promised everything, guaranteeing all the problems be taken care of. By the time I was in store picking up my computer after service was done, they requested me to sign the invoice with fineprint which I found later on that SOFTWARE SERVICE IS NOT GUARANTEED! But, they took the full payment. Sure enough, two days later, my computer got done again. I came back to the store, the rep asked for another full payment for
