If your looking for affordable, comfortable living, this place is not for you. NOT a family setting. Office staff is very rude, unprofessional, and unknowledgable. Apartments have mold/mildew problems, some have no ventilation in bathroom, some the carpets are gross, and walls are as if someone had a field day with a bb gun. When someone is showering, if someone else uses water, it affects temp making it either too hot or freezing.
