Terrible customer service. Needed a touch up and they wanted to charge me $60 (when my original tattoo cost $80) for it because the guy that did my tattoo quit working there (it would have been free if he still worked there). Then they tried to blame me for needing a touch up when I wasn't given proper care instructions or offered a tattoo healing salve (which I would have bought if they said I needed it). If you want to be treated like a valuable customer, or at least get decent service, I would look elsewhere.
