Apparently if they are busy, they will flat out refuse your patronage unless you place an order large enough to be worth their while. Exactly this happened to me Friday 23, 2010. A quite rude older gentleman, after stating this, snapped the window shut because all I wanted was a medium chocolate shake. I was shocked. I will never return.
