I had the worst customer service I've ever experienced at Valley Music! I needed a simple pad change for my flute. Long story short it ended up taking 4 weeks longer than they said, I had to make four trips out there, they accused me of not calling even though i wasn't supposed to, and the worst part. My flute was DAMAGED!! They taped my flute with masking tape and left it. It tarnished my flute and left a sticky residue. The lady was rude, overcharged me, and talked to me with her mouth full of food. Show some respect to your customers! Never go to Va
