I have schizophrenia, when you billed me i was just released from a hospital. I was recovering and getting used to my medications. Apparently I missed an appointment with you because my spouse had my car keys. I told him a day later when I read my release papers and found out I had an appointment. I never met you and you never did a public service for me to fix my medications to the dosage i urgently needed. This year was difficult for me to find a doctor to help me.
