I asked if I could mount my satellite dish on a pole anchored in a bucket of concrete and placed on my patio. Answer was no. Cable is available.Another family was told thatonly patio furniture can be used on the patio.I Requested cable phone service and internet.I was told by cable guy that,it couldn't be installed without the cables crossing doorway and that's against building codes.During cold weather field mice come in but owning a cat is against the rules.When requesting maintenance, I get a lot of passing the buck,"not my job man", excuses and false p
