people are very nice and knowledgeable. very easy to talk to and they usually cut you a good deal if you buy enough stuff (my personal example: i was buying some vhs tapes @ $1 each. dude tells me they have hundreds more in the back and if i buy more than 10 he will sell them for .10 apiece. he even let me go in the back room with a box and just pick whatever movies i wanted from off the shelves. i got 20 something movies for less than $4.
