I was literally at the McDonald's across the street from Stan's towing. I called the number to Stan's which I got from the internet on my phone. The man who answered took my phone number and told me they would call me a few minutes prior to them getting there. I waited for 1 hour and 45 minutes with no phone call. I called again to be sure that when I gave them my number I gave them the correct digits. The man who answered the phone clearly had forgotten about my call and when he was speaking to a coworker about my location did not bother to cover the receiver he
