I brought my vehicle in for tire balance issue. The son Mike was cordial, got me in right away and did 2 of the 4 wheels. Called him next day since I was still having balancing issues and he said be here first thing in the morning and we'll take care of it. I arrived at 7:50am, was the 2nd customer in line. I watched my truck move into the bay about 40 mins after I arrived. I then noticed it back in the parking lot. I went to go pay and the old man (owner) said it hasn't even been done yet.
