dealing with this company, you must get a receipt i went to hospital once in 2010, paid their radiology bill on debit card not credit and received a receipt from them than got reimbursed from my flex account 6months later they send me to collections for the same bill i received a receipt for, this is called double billing which is against Fair Debt Collection Laws they get zero stars for poor business only reason 2 is there because you have to select a star to save message
