I have been living in this apartment complex for over a year now...Thank god my lease is up next month!!! When I first came here it seemed very nice. The office staff was very sure to tell me that the utility bills are low, crime was low, and the place was overall nice. 12 months later.... Utility bills - First of all, NONE of them are included in the rent. NONE!! The water and sewage bill are included in one bill. That bill has never been under 50 bucks a month...mind you, I live in a ONE bedroom with a SMALL hot water tank. I cannot take a shower longer than 5 minutes b
