We left our dog here a few weeks ago and it was a nightmare! I went early to collect him and was chewed out by the 'owner' saying that they do not want to go into the kennels for the 36 hour period on the weekend because then they dogs would start 'pissing and sh***ting' and they would have to clean it up. I pleaded with them to please let me get my dog and paid extra for their time. A rant followed kicking things and cursing, while getting my dog.
