I stayed at Grand Lake while working on a pipeline project. Erv and Kathy were always friendly and very helpful. I was there from Nov 1 till 1st week in March. The coldest winter in 20 years for Oklahoma and Erv kept the water and sewer going through all that cold weather. Most of the other RV courts had a lot of freeze ups but not at theirs. These guys treated me like one of the family and watched out for my unit. A lot of times I never even locked anything up. I also noticed a lot of repeat business that came back this spring and stayed for long periods and all were frien
