Not BBB accredited for a reason. The owner/CONtractor, David Williams, assured me that the job would be completed on time and that he would put a rush on it. The only thing he rushed was driving off to the bank with my check, after that it was as if he'd forgotten that he still needed to finish the 'job'. Save yourself some grief and get a contractor with an actual License
