We used these guys for the 1st time last week. I had some pants that needed dry cleaning for a company Christmas dinner for Saturday. My wife dropped off the pants and two other items a couple days before and they said the order would be ready for pickup at 10AM on Saturday. I went by at 11:30AM on Saturday and the guy behind the counter couldn't find the order, said it must not have been bagged yet and asked me to come back in 20 minutes or so.
