First, let me say that Bailey-Foristell is by far the worst property rental company I have ever signed a lease with, and I%u2019ve had maybe a dozen landlords across the country. (I%u2019m a full-time professional in the publishing industry, and my work requires some relocation at times.) In a word, they%u2019re slumlords who will try to take your deposit. The property manage has flat-out told me and my fianc%E9 that his business model does not include communication with tenants. (This was, of course, after we signed a lease and never heard from him again.
