The lady who owns it is nice, there is a teenage girl who works evenings, she is rude as can be and will sit on her phone and not even acknowledge you when you walk in. My biggest complaint, I caught MRSA from their bed, on my face!!! I went to the doctor and the first thing he said was "have you been tanning" I had just started tanning there the week prior. I 100% believe that little teeny popper is not properly cleaning the bed. GROSS!
