Evaluated issue with air conditioner; provided estimate; 3 service calls to fix issue; doesn't carry copper repair kits on truck; service guys on phone w/personal calls for 2 hours; charged for trip by mileage, by hourly rate & refilling of R-22 coolant after initial replacement of compressor & everything leaked out after 1 day of running a/c due to non-repair of lines. Tired of haggling. Should only be charged for initial estimate, parts, labor on first bill, not for 2 subsequent trips w/leakout and breaks in copper tubing.
