The place is a dump. They refused to replace my carpet that had dog feces on it from the previous tenant. There roofs are sagging the sinks missing drains. The air conditioners are old and cost ALOT on electricity each month even when you keep them off most of the time. They tried to steal my security deposit even after providing forwarding address. I went to the office 2 months later after still not receiving the deposit and having my 50 calls ignored every one of them. My apartment was in "move in" condition when I left. They said it was the best they had seen and
