I have had heel and arch pain and for 2 years. I've seen 3 other doctors with no help, they all just said stretch, ice and take ibuprofen. Dr. Palmer took a really long time with me. Every body I saw told me I had planter fasciae but he diagnosed me with a pinched nerve. He gave me one injection and almost all the pain is gone. I wasted 2 years being told it will go away and they didn't even have the right diagnosis.
