BEWARE: There is no doubt in my mind that any positive reviews on this page were written by Inner Sound friends and family to contrast the terrible reviews that appear elsewhere. They not only didn't repair my speakers, but when I asked that they be returned, they returned one torn and one literally in pieces. They were indifferent, smug and frankly knew very little about what it is they actually do. And, they had the nerve to keep my estimate charge. If this review stops even one person from using Inner Sound, I did my job.
