waited over an hour for my appointment. my appointment was for 11am. when i finally was escorted to an exam room at nearly 12:30, i was told they had an emergency that morning. i think it would have been more respectful to patients if we had been told when we arrived that there would be a delay. also, things seem to be planned around buying glasses from them, as after getting eye drops, one must wait about 15 or so minutes before the rest of the exam can be done, and the only place to wait is the retail display area. its obvious that they dont like
