It is,theoretically, possible to have a pleasant shopping experience in this store - with the cheery guy who sells toys, for example. However, the persnickety owner hangs out on the first floor, souring the air and any transaction. Woe to you if you do anything mildly improper, such as bring a child in who pulls a stuffed animal off the shelf, or say you are "just looking", or you need to return something -- you will meet with royal condemnation from on high. Better just go someplace else to begin with.
