The cakes are good but the customer service is not. They just cannot be trusted when ordering a cake for a function. The decor most of the time is not what I ordered. I had gotten cakes there for years but unfortunately I will not order from them again 80% of the cakes I order from them are wrong. The last one was a baby shower cake right from there own book except the colors I wanted were different. (baby blue, lime green, and brown) instead of the baby girl colors.
